HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) seeks a licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT dedicated and experiencedto join our team as a Clinical Director Lead with precision and compassion, ensuring exceptional care for individuals affected by eating disorders.


Responsibilities:

  • The Licensed Clinical Director, LCSW, LPC, LMFT role is a balanced mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities.
  • Licensed Clinical Director, LCSW, LPC, LMFT supervises and supports seven clinical leads during weekly treatment team meetings, ensuring effective communication and oversight of client development and progress.
  • The Licensed Clinical Director, LCSW, LPC, LMFT will lead the hiring and training of new therapists, dietitians, and nurses, collaborating with specialists in each discipline for guidance.
  • Licensed Clinical Director, LCSW, LPC, LMFT will coordinate admissions in the program and oversee integration into the therapeutic community.
  • Licensed Clinical Director, LCSW, LPC, LMFT ensures the treatment program operates optimally by maintaining up-to-date client paperwork and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Licensed Clinical Director, LCSW, LPC, LMFT acts as a liaison between the treatment programs and influential entities in the clients' lives, such as families and referral sources.
  • Licensed Clinical Director, LCSW, LPC, LMFT works closely with the lead nurse and nursing staff to facilitate appropriate medical care.
  • Licensed Clinical Director, LCSW, LPC, LMFT develops, coordinates, and delivers in-services, education sessions, presentations, and training to clients, families, staff, and caregivers.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in social work, Clinical Counseling, or other relevant health-related discipline.
  • 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in a leadership role.
  • 2+ years of recent related experience working with eating-disordered clients or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience in partnering with an executive team.
  • Required License: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Psy.D., or Ph.D. as a Clinical Counselor or Registered Dietitian in CA.


Licensed Clinical Director Compensation:

  • $115k - $125k
  • $500 towards CEUs
