Job Description
Technical/Functional Skills
- Define the data requirements and structure for the application. Model and design the application data structure, storage and integration.
- Create custom data models for data discovery, mapping, and visualization.
- Work with IP21 team to get the data into CDF.
- Knowledge / Experience on CDF
- Prior Experience in ETL, SQL, Python
- Customer facing experience – Excellent / Good communication skill
Roles & Responsibilities
- Gathers complete and accurate information on the nature, complexity, and urgency of customer issues and accurately records all information in customer contact software.
- Takes ownership of and resolves customers' product issues via telephone, email, or in-person, meeting or exceeding stated service level agreement (SLA) timeframes.
- Regularly executes case management best practices through clear and timely documentation of customer.
