Job Summary: Project Manager is the primary person in charge of the projects for the Company. Their duties include safety of the Company’s field personnel assigned to their projects, field labor productivity, quality assurance and coordination, project financial outcome, projections and reporting, material and equipment procurement, change order management, owner/client relations, project cash flow, and personnel management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Managers are responsible for directing and overseeing the work activities of their direct reports. Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, executed Plans, and Programs.

• Must have 3 years minimum for Junior PM and 6 years for PM Construction Project Engineering experience or similar experience, preferably working for a Mechanical Contractor;

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering OR a minimum of 6 years for PM / 3 years for Junior PM combined experience in Field Installation and Project Management in the Mechanical Industry;

• Must have demonstrated knowledge and work experience showing the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily;

• Needs to be able to demonstrate experience in project scheduling, productivity analysis, project cost control accounting equipment and material procurement.Must have working knowledge of HVAC & Process/Plumbing Systems;

• Must understand Commercial & Industrial construction sequences and Testing procedures for HVAC systems and ASHRAE data & guidelines. LEED certification a plus;

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Work, Project, Access, & Powerpoint). Project Management & Accounting Software experience preferred;

• Frequent travel to assigned construction project sites in the greater OC/L.A. area
