Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for users reaching out to the IT Help Service Desk.
  • Respond to calls and inquiries, providing timely and effective support.
  • Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in help desk software.
  • Utilize knowledge of ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) practices to ensure high-quality service.
  • Translate technical concepts into actionable instructions for users.
  • Maintain working knowledge of help desk tools, databases, and remote control software.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in help desk support.
  • Knowledge of ITSM practices and tools.
  • Proficiency with help desk software, databases, and remote control tools.
  • Ability to receive and resolve user inquiries efficiently, while documenting the process.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical information in a user-friendly manner.
