Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure software applications
- Set up and maintain user accounts
- Assist with system upgrades and migrations
- Document all support activities and resolutions
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Firewalls
- Familiarity with various operating systems
- Experience with VPNs and TCP/IP networking
- Ability to troubleshoot mobile devices, computer hardware, and software applications
- Strong customer service orientation
- Understanding of TCP protocols
