Responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install and configure software applications
  • Set up and maintain user accounts
  • Assist with system upgrades and migrations
  • Document all support activities and resolutions


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Linux operating systems
  • Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Firewalls
  • Familiarity with various operating systems
  • Experience with VPNs and TCP/IP networking
  • Ability to troubleshoot mobile devices, computer hardware, and software applications
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Understanding of TCP protocols
