Job Description

**Only qualified Digital Business Analyst candidates located near the Houston, TX area due to the position requiring an onsite presence**


We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to act as a liaison between technical staff and business owner for a hybrid role. This position contributes advanced knowledge in formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and user requirements, process flow definitions and functional specifications.


Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study, and four or more years previous experience


Skills & Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a Consultant or Business Analyst

• Knowledge of overall Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Suite and able to guide customers to the right solution

• Understanding of Salesforce Core Clouds and how they can be integrated with SFMC

• Able to document technical specifications and design technical solutions from requirements

• Knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certificates: Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Optional)


Key Responsibilities:

• Documents requirements and formulates test plans with QA and other partner groups prior to requesting business user testing

• Coordinates with users to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications

• Responsible for document repositories, maintenance and updates of project documentation library

• Leads project team with gaining business user acceptance

• Reviews progress and evaluates results for accuracy and efficiency
