This position leads and directs statewide training programs to ensure that all learning associated with the program is coordinated, consistent, and delivered effectively and efficiently. Provide program management and consulting include for the LinkedIn Learning application offered to all employees, the Manager Supervisor Training Program, the Art of Supervision Program, and customized programs for engagement, retention, and talent development. Additionally, you will serve as a visible resource, coach, and consultant to all levels of employees and teams integrating organizational and training development needs so philosophies, training programs, and policies are effectively delivered.


Travel depends on training needs. The incumbent will need to report to the Arden Hills Training Center or other sitewide offices as needed (approximately 25% travel).

Three years of advanced professional training development experience that demonstrates the following:

Experience designing, delivering, and facilitating classroom and online training curriculum.

Experience collecting data and analyzing information.

Experience applying adult learning theories, principles, and technologies.
