Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Manager to drive growth in the RV, Marine, and mobile off-grid sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and owning a significant portion of our revenue targets. As we enter an exciting phase of expansion into new markets, this position will play a pivotal role in driving success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from setting appointments with key contacts to negotiating contracts and ensuring successful order fulfillment.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with executives and key decision-makers in various solar and off-grid industries.
  • Monitor industry trends, innovations, and competitive landscapes to keep our offerings relevant and competitive.
  • Identify and target new market segments and business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to align sales strategies and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings, positioning the brand as a leader in the clean energy space.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, including managing pipelines, forecasting, and performance tracking.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the automotive field.
  • Proven experience closing deals over $1M with a strong track record of building customer trust.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
