Responsibilities

  • Workday System Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the Workday HCM system, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR initiatives. Oversee system configuration, maintenance, and security to maintain data integrity and compliance.
  • Advanced Workday Expertise: Demonstrate deep proficiency across multiple Workday modules, with a particular focus on Talent Management and Recruiting. Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to optimize Workday configurations to support business processes.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Develop and maintain sophisticated Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders. Utilize advanced reporting tools to uncover trends, identify opportunities for process improvement, and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Integration Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Workday integrations with other systems. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely transfer between systems.
  • Team Leadership (Optional): Mentor and develop HRIS team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, including advanced proficiency in Talent Management and Recruiting modules
  • Strong technical expertise in Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Workday certifications preferred
