The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.


--Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for channel strategy, the business development and sales target achievement

in USA.

  • Establish and manage new and existing relationships with customers including distributors,

chain retailers and independent dealers.

  • New product introduction to every key account, from early phase communication to launch, in accordance with their assortment selection process.
  • Collect and analyse the information of competitors and industry.


---Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in channel sales in gardening equipment category or

related industries.

  • Experience in new market breakthrough and new business development.
  • Excellent understanding in retail management.
  • Bachelor's degree or above. Willing to travel.
  • Remote working in any East Coast cities of the United States is acceptable.
