Regional Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
--Responsibilities:
- Responsible for channel strategy, the business development and sales target achievement
in USA.
- Establish and manage new and existing relationships with customers including distributors,
chain retailers and independent dealers.
- New product introduction to every key account, from early phase communication to launch, in accordance with their assortment selection process.
- Collect and analyse the information of competitors and industry.
---Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in channel sales in gardening equipment category or
related industries.
- Experience in new market breakthrough and new business development.
- Excellent understanding in retail management.
- Bachelor's degree or above. Willing to travel.
- Remote working in any East Coast cities of the United States is acceptable.
