About this Role

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Desktop Analyst to fill an open position with one of our clients. This is an exciting 6-month opportunity to work in a client-facing role supporting a large-scale technology refresh project. You will address computer hardware and software issues, assist with PC deployments, and manage asset records in a hands-on, walk-up style IT Clinic environment. This role provides a chance to showcase your technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with client hardware, software, and network configurations.
  • Collaborate with end users, technology teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and fulfill requests via in-person, phone, or remote methods.
  • Install, remove, and configure hardware and software as needed.
  • Manage asset records accurately using the ServiceNow platform.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
  • Relevant technical certifications (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to resolve various technical problems.
  • Ability to work on moderately complex projects and identify practical solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to deliver high client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
