  • Project Management: Manage implementation projects, including schedules, deliverables, and issue tracking, to ensure successful project completion.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and service.

This is a hybrid position requiring occasional on-site support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
