A Vaco client in Columbus Ohio is in search of an experienced Tier 2 Support Analyst to support their current and future client base in Central Ohio. Our client is an IT services provider for small to mid-sized businesses and provides exceptional customer service by remediating technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

This is a unique role where you will have the opportunity to be a key point of contact for end customer technical issues. A successful candidate in this role will have exceptional aptitude with troubleshooting Windows, network, and server issues both remotely and on-site at client location. 

As a key point of contact for the end customer, this candidate must have exceptional customer service and communication skills. This is a vital role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and uptime.

Requirements
Windows AD, DNS and DHCP experience
Understanding of LAN/WAN and experience troubleshooting network issues
Experience installing, configuring and supporting Windows and compatible applications
Ability to work flexibly and occasionally support nights and weekends
Extensive Windows Desktop troubleshooting and support
Experience with Anti-Virus software and virus/malware removal
Experience with Microsoft 365
Experience with Windows Server installation and configuration
