A leading Pharmaceutical company seeks a Site Services Supervisor to join their team, bringing genuine leadership and collaborative skills to support a high-functioning work environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferably an Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Security Management, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Security Management, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Minimum 3 years of strong facilities management, vendor management, and/or project management experience.
  • Experience managing cross-departmental and multi-site services delivery.
  • Proficiency in SAP business/financial information system.
  • Strong program/project management skills.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating contract terms for service agreements.
  • Experience supervising contractor personnel and managing outsourced services.
  • Current knowledge of facilities and personnel security protocols and procedures.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments; GMP Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience highly preferred.
  • Experience addressing business continuity matters.
  • Familiarity with maintenance and operation of burglar and fire alarm systems.
  • Experience managing large functional budgets (USD millions) and prioritizing cost optimization.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve [non-GMP] site-related services and business operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external Security experts for security and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Partner with leadership to enhance contracted services, manage costs, and implement budget controls.
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and explore alternative sources.
  • Advise senior management on improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and prepare reports on service-related performance and compliance.
  • Implement and oversee access control and key management systems in collaboration with Facilities Management and Security.
  • Manage supplies, consumables, and facility-related equipment.
  • Schedule and oversee Site Services contractors, including office cleaning, property management, and security personnel.
  • Develop and support processes for site-related physical access controls and employee ID badge administration.
  • Solicit and evaluate vendor bids, process purchase orders, and manage vendor invoices for payment.
  • Collaborate with HR and Security for internal investigations as needed.
  • Assist in drafting, implementing, and enforcing policies, procedures, standards, and protocols to ensure efficient service delivery.
