Customer Service Specialist

The CSR is responsible for supporting the customer’s needs from an administrative perspective. This includes obtaining and presenting pricing, receiving, and processing orders, and ensuring that any customer satisfaction issues that come up throughout the course of these activities are addressed. The CSR is also responsible for completing the paperwork (reps & certs) associated with many Government transactions and may be called upon to assist with collections if the accounts receivable team is running into difficulties.


This is a purely “sales admin” role job. This means, the position will focus on:

- generating quotes

- writing purchase orders

- handling paperwork such as reps and certs

- scheduling meetings with clients on behalf of an Account Manager (not cold calling to set appointments)

- performing customer service follow-ups and helping with customer service engagements

- working closely with their assigned Account Manager(s) at most it would be a 1:2 ratio, ISR to AM.


Must be willing to work mountain time hours.
