Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy and professionalism. Document details of conversations accurately and efficiently. Utilize scripts and resources to guide conversations effectively. Maintain a strong customer focus, striving to exceed expectations with every interaction. Demonstrate proficiency in using online reference materials to provide accurate information about our programs. Utilize technical systems, including desktop applications and call center phone systems, with ease and efficiency. Meet department quality assurance standards and metrics, ensuring the highest level of service delivery. Educate customers and address their inquiries promptly, staying up-to-date with the latest program information. Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion, following established protocols. Required Skills And Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Strong computer skills. Ability to pass a language knowledge assessment. Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work. Preferred Skills (Not Required) Bilingual or multilingual proficiency. Previous experience in a customer service role. Prior clearance for a Public Trust Entry of Duty (for Government Clients only). Licenses in Insurance, Healthcare, and/or Finance sectors.
