Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Product Owner with proven expertise in process development, requirement gathering, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will drive product success through creating impactful personas, stories, and use-case scenarios and will be comfortable working in an agile environment. A background in supply chain technology is highly desirable but not required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take initiative to develop and improve processes that enhance efficiency and align with business goals.
  • Act as the main liaison between the development team and both internal and external clients, gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and ensuring alignment.
  • Build detailed personas, stories, and use-case scenarios to effectively guide product development and prioritize features.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop and maintain a product vision and roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and customer needs.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, coordinating with leadership to make strategic adjustments as necessary.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation and lead training sessions to support product understanding and adoption.
  • Oversee and lead scrum ceremonies, ensuring efficient and transparent communication across teams.


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in agile environments (2+ years)
  • Knowledge or experience working with artificial intelligence in a product context.
  • Prior experience in supply chain or logistics technology, with familiarity using supply chain visibility platforms
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React) and backend microservices.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, create actionable plans, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to adapting to new challenges, with a willingness to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and market trends.
