Hybrid in Seattle (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive the growth of our client's music streaming services across Acquisition and Engagement initiatives.


Our Client's Streaming Music Team reimagines music listening by enabling customers to unlock millions of songs and thousands of curated playlists and stations with their voice. Their streaming service provides unlimited access to new releases and classic hits across iOS and Android mobile devices, PC, Mac, and other electronic enabled devices. Our client's subscribing members have access to ad-free listening of 2 million songs and have the ability tp access over 100 million songs and the latest new releases. Our Client's tiers also offer a wide selection of podcasts and live streaming in partnership with Twitch


In this role, you will get to define new initiatives with partners and global stakeholders to develop campaign strategies across the customer journey. You will work closely with cross-category partners as well as other internal business stakeholders to drive go-to-market plan for new programs, manage campaign workflow, develop creative assets and work with Brand and Engagement teams to ensure success.



Day In The Life:


  • Spearhead go-to-market initiatives for global Music promotions during key event periods.
  • Own and manage relationships with key partners in client's music streaming ecosystem
  • Launch key promotional campaigns, ensuring promotion is launched successfully, gather key learnings from performance and optimize.
  • Data reporting collection for dissemination across the larger team that outlines global performance of ongoing promotions.
  • Work cross functionally with partners on ongoing projects and go-to-market initiatives


Qualifications:


  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience with consumer facing brands, including integrated campaign management, customer acquisition, content marketing, marketing communications, product marketing and/or channel marketing.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

  • 2+ years of partner marketing and/or business development experience.
  • Global experience driving marketing programs across multiple markets.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
