We are looking for a Manual Test Lead at Seattle, WA (Hybrid) to join our team


Experience : 10+ years of relevant experience


  • Good understanding and hands on experience of testing web and mobile applications.
  • Establish test plan, test scenarios, test cases and test data to validate the product.
  • Ability to participate and contribute Agile sprint meetings and scrum calls.
  • Prepare test plan, design test cases, categorize the test cases.
  • Excellent understanding of defect life cycle.
  • Working with business SME and product architect to define end to end test strategy.
  • Review of test scenarios and test cases.
  • Manage the regression suite.
  • Ability to plan for integration testing with upstream and downstream applications.
  • Works with development resources to drive standards and release process.
  • Collaborate with functional testers, SME, and BAs to understand the scope and functionality of the release.
  • Implement testing tools for test case, defect management and automation.
  • Drive defect triage including stakeholders and track faster resolution.
  • Plan and coordinate test automation wherever possible and run failure analysis.
  • Publish weekly status reports and testing metrics on an agreed frequency.
  • Coordinating with business users and part of business users’ team for UAT cycles.
  • Coordinate with the offshore team.
  • Publish periodic reports for both the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor the project progress.
  • Ability to assess potential risks and come up with mitigation strategies.
  • Implement test data reusability approach.
  • Good to have: API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.
  • Good to have: Test automation exposure using Selenium or Cypress.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exposure to Agile is mandatory.
