Teleion is looking for a Compliance Project Manager to join our team as we support our clients supplier compliance program. This role involves identifying gaps or inconsistencies in compliance processes, driving remediation, completing supplier assessments, and supporting the development of strategies to improve overall organizational compliance. Additionally, the Compliance Project Manager will oversee supplier engagement initiatives to enhance relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the client's compliance team to support and enhance the supplier compliance program.
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Support the review of policies and procedures to ensure alignment with third-party risk management software and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Conduct research to identify trends and issues in compliance, developing solutions for potential problems.
  • Create detailed reports on compliance issues and resolutions for senior management reviews.
  • Monitor and ensure consistent compliance standards over time.
  • Analyze compliance issues to determine their cause and impact on the organization.
  • Partner with assessors and suppliers to address and implement remediation actions.
  • Support the continuous improvement of compliance processes and procedures.
  • Manage and enhance relationships with suppliers, focusing on compliance and traceability efforts.
  • Engage dynamically with suppliers across different regions to understand practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate the extraction of detailed information from suppliers to support compliance initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in compliance program management, preferably within a supplier compliance context.
  • Strong understanding of compliance principles and their application in an organizational setting.
  • Experience in working with third-party risk management software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve compliance processes.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, essential for partnering with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage dynamically with suppliers and manage relationships effectively.
  • Cultural sensitivity and strategic vision for supplier engagement across different regions.
