Teleion is Looking for a Project Manager to Join our Team


Teleion is seeking a Project Manager looking for a new opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service for Client’s Contingent Worker program team, responsible for onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining data accuracy for its large Contingent Worker population. This role will support the client liaison with the larger company’s HR team, who frequently need to make changes that impact the program’s processes. By developing a strong, cross-functional relationship with the HR team, this project manager will need to represent the program’s constraints, consider potential impacts, and communicate upcoming changes with the program. Working with the program team, develop and drive projects to adapt and improve processes to align with HR requirements.

The project manager will also need to work cross-functionally in a highly ambiguous environment, think critically and creatively, write business documents to present to clients, and build relationships across multiple teams in order to drive supplier compliance. Additional expectations include: manage ongoing administrative and operational tasks, create documentation (SOPs and guides), provide project status reports, and maintain content on wiki pages. In this role, the individual is able to prioritize work, proactively solve issues, and take initiative in a fast pace environment with minimum supervision. Looking for an individual that can work both independently and in a team environment. Ability to uphold high levels of confidentiality is a must.


Responsibilities:

  • Strong project management essentials including developing project plans, recapping meetings, action item tracking, status reporting, and resource planning
  • Ability to be adaptable and react quickly in a constantly changing environment
  • Experience providing excellent customer service within a professional setting
  • Ability to prioritize and problem solve in a fast paced, high volume, environment, with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates ownership by taking initiative to identify challenges, pursuing solutions, driving tasks to completion, and closing communication loops
  • Maintains a level of curiosity and assists team members with ad hoc tasks
  • Ability to effectively listen, write, and communicate with a high level of attention to detail
  • Manages projects effectively even with high levels of ambiguity, competing priorities, and multiple teams
  • Fluency with process mapping, documenting workflows, and writing Standard Operating Procedures
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Advanced Data Analysis skills in systems like SmartSheet, Tableau, QuickSight, and/or Power BI


Qualifications:

  • Experience with HR, People Operations, Vendor Management, and/or Contingent Workforce teams
  • Physically able to go onsite in Seattle at least once a week
  • Background in compliance management
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, especially around process improvement
  • Intermediate skills across MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word
  • Change Management experience in order to anticipate impacts and communicate changes effectively
  • Intermediate data analysis skills in Excel
