  • Compensation: $30.00-$35.00 per hour


What you’ll do as a Wealth Management Administrative Assistant:

  • Provide top-notch administrative support to members of the Wealth Management team and Investment Managers, including daily calendar management and conflict reconciliation
  • Actively manage calendars for a team of Wealth Managers by scheduling client meetings, meeting prep meetings, and internal meetings
  • Distribute and track Wealth Management Agreements sent to current clients and prospective clients
  • Process and document summary letters drafted by the Wealth Management team following client meetings
  • Draft and assist with delivery of various client communications
  • Assist with efficient sharing of information with outside attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, and other advisors
  • Update the firm’s client relationship management database with accurate information as documents and new information are received
  • Initiate and track tasks in the firm’s client relationship management database
  • Help coordinate client document signing


What you’ll bring to the Wealth Management Administrative Assistant role:

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience
  • Exemplary time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Aptitude to exercise sound judgment
  • Comfortable when interacting with clients for scheduling purposes via phone and email
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment
  • Flexibility in work schedule during high volume periods or when critical events or deadlines exist
