Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for your next exciting challenge? I’m currently seeking a talented individual to join an esteemed client of ours, a leading firm in the construction industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all parties.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations and visions are met. Provide regular updates on project status.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction. Implement effective solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management. Experience with residential or commercial projects is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software.
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities and client-focused approach.
