SAP Program Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP consultant with experience and knowledge in leveraging SAP training programs and platforms to join our team on a permanent or contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our SAP training solutions targeted to our clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to leverage SAP applications with a special emphasis on Private and Public Cloud solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education and knowledge sharing.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the K2 University SAP course portfolio, and additional K2 education offerings including:
  • Virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions.
  • Understand market trends and update the program accordingly
  • Collaborate with K2 University’s curriculum development team to improve and expand training offerings.
  • Ensure K2 SAP offerings include ongoing support and guidance to trainees post-training sessions.
  • Work closely with SAP:
  • Understand and maximize K2 value leveraging our SAP ATP program
  • Interface with SAP SME’s from a content perspective and be able to understand, navigate and support others on the team when it comes to SAP Platforms and systems where the content resides.
  • Support K2 university sales efforts:
  • Manage the Customization of training materials to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Manage & evaluate and assess the training needs of clients and tailor content accordingly.
  • Having experience as an instructor or the desire to teach consultants is also an asset.


Skill & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP solutions, with a focus on SAP Cloud solutions.
  • Proven experience in delivering or managing technical training and educational programs.
  • SAP certification in relevant modules is highly desirable.
  • Knowledgeable in navigating and supporting learners in leveraging Learning.SAP.com and SAP learning Hub platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or additional certifications in SAP technologies.
  • Experience working with diverse industries and client profiles.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in cloud computing and SAP ecosystems, including SAP's approach to cloud, clean core systems, development platforms like BTP (Business Technology Platform), and AI. Ability to speak to these topics confidently.
  • Previous experience as a consultant or trainer in a corporate setting.
