We are currently seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and passionate foodie, to be a Freelance Client Success Assistant to join our team. This role offers an exciting ground-level opportunity to work closely with our clients, national brands, supporting their success in the competitive e-commerce landscape. Must be entrepreneurial thinking, committed to serving Clients, always looking for ways to improve, and not shy about jumping in the mix and being proactive.


Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely assistance.
  • Project Work Assistance: Assist in the execution of client projects, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics for client accounts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and success.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, performance insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of client interactions, project statuses, and key insights to facilitate seamless collaboration within the team.


Requirements:

  • Some E-commerce Knowledge: Basic understanding of the e-commerce landscape, particularly Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and Shopify. We’ll train. Attitude and fit is more important than skill.
  • Client-Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-lasting relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.


Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and Google Workspace. Some experience with project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.


This is a hybrid position:
