Job Description:As a Bilingual Receptionist/Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting clients in person and over the phone.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with internal staff.
- Conducting intake assessments and gathering necessary information from clients.
- Communicates and resolves problems with patients/clients' referral sources, and insurance companies.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
- Some experience in customer service or receptionist roles and healthcare business is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); especially Excel
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
