  • Drafting and negotiating principal financing documentation for large and complex projects (including purchase agreements, partnership agreements, credit agreements, security and pledge agreements, and depositary agreements)
  • Reviewing project documentation (including development agreements, PPAs, EPCs, site control, and interconnection agreements)
  • Related due diligence
