We’re looking for a nimble, smart, and dynamic Social Media Producer with great taste and an eye for aesthetics, ready to take the reins of an emerging women’s brand and lead its digital presence across platforms.


🧬 POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our client is an up-and-coming women’s brand that thrives on community, aesthetics, and impactful storytelling. As the Social Media Producer & Creator, you'll be responsible for leading all social media efforts, taking over from the current creative agency, and pushing the brand forward with fresh ideas and strategic content.


This role is designed for someone who is a true creative powerhouse—able to flow seamlessly between strategy and execution, writing and editing, graphic design, and content production. You’ll bring the brand’s voice to life across multiple platforms, engage its community, and drive exponential growth.


➡️ RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Content Creation: Be the brand’s go-to creator by developing, producing, and editing engaging content—videos, graphics, photography—for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. Stay ahead of trends to ensure content is fresh, innovative, and visually stunning.
  • Brand Voice & Visual Identity: Shape and maintain the brand's voice, aesthetics, and visual identity across all channels, making sure every piece of content is on-brand and speaks to the audience.
  • Platform Management & Strategy: Own the daily operations of all social media platforms, from scheduling posts to managing the online community. Develop and execute strategies that boost engagement, visibility, and growth.
  • Engagement & Community Building: Cultivate a vibrant, active community by responding to comments and messages, and by building relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key figures to amplify brand awareness.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Analyze and track social media performance, offering data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize engagement. Provide regular KPI reports on growth metrics, including engagement rates and reach.
  • Collaborative Campaigns: Partner with internal teams—marketing, PR, and design—to build integrated campaigns that align with brand goals and upcoming product launches.
  • Innovative Content Ideation: Constantly brainstorm, ideate, and execute new content ideas that captivate the audience, keeping the brand ahead of digital trends.
  • Paid Social Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure paid social efforts align with organic strategies for cohesive brand storytelling.


➡️ REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media management, content production, and digital marketing, preferably for growing brands.
  • Proven ability to grow social media engagement and foster community while executing high-impact digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency in design and content tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, and social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Later.
  • Expertise in platform-specific strategies, especially on Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social channels.
  • A true creator at heart, with strong aesthetic sensibilities, great taste, and the ability to write, design, and tell stories.
  • Data-driven, with experience using Google Analytics and other tools to track metrics and optimize performance.
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills—ready to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
