Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in APEX programming, Lightning Web Components, and systems integrations. As a member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform using APEX, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and other technologies.
  • Implement systems integrations with third-party applications and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and other integration methods.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on best practices for Salesforce development.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce administration team to configure and customize the platform as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within the Salesforce environment.
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on APEX programming, Lightning Web Components, and systems integrations.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in APEX programming language, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and other integration technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
