Responsibilities:

  • Lifecycle Management: Execute the operational requirements to manage the lifecycle events of a syndicated loan.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop and apply SME-level support within the team, providing guidance to junior staff on complex deal/portfolio matters.
  • Compliance: Interpret underlying legal documents to ensure deals and their members comply with terms.
  • Project Support: Support projects and business initiatives to enhance the Agent Services product offering.
  • Client Interaction: Answer client, borrower, and lender queries promptly.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis of deals to ensure accurate accruals and pricing mechanics.
  • KPI Management: Manage outstanding work items in line with expected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Accuracy: Ensure high levels of accuracy to minimize operational risk within the lending portfolio.

Requirements:

  • BA or BS in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience in the banking, investment, or financial services industry.
  • Preferably a specialization or significant coursework in finance.
  • Understanding of syndicated loans, Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), and loan lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with managed services within the financial sector.
  • Experience with the product suite, including WSO, iLevel, Thinkfolio, and EDM.
  • Insight into banking or investment industry practices and customer relations.
  • Ability to interpret and apply knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in financial analysis of deals.
  • Understanding of accruals, pricing mechanics, and financial compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
