quench Agency, part of Pavone Group, is a food & beverage focused advertising agency with offices in Atlanta, GA, Philadelphia, PA and Harrisburg, PA. We're in need of a Sr. Account Manager to lead the strategic initiatives of the client and is often the day-to-day contact with the client. A successful candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration and isn't afraid to jump right in and get the work done.


We are currenting in a hybrid model (3 days in the office/2 days remotely). Home base would be the Atlanta office.


Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 5-10 years experience in advertising/marketing is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Moderate understanding of analytics
  • Moderate understanding of social media platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok


Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with clients and agency team members to set and maintain the vision and strategic direction for each piece of business.
  • Understands the essential dynamics, strategies and drivers of their client’s business.
  • Assists with new business opportunities as assigned.
  • Effectively identifies and communicates the scope of all projects coming through the agency.
  • Understands the agency's portfolio of offerings and how to apply them to solve client business problems.
  • Manages accounts to ensure that the client’s brand objectives are continually being met or exceeded, i.e. manages client expectations.
  • Oversees the direction of all agency work to ensure it adheres to client expectations.
  • Builds and manages relationships with clients, internal teams, and external agency partners or vendors.
  • Gathers client feedback, secures client approvals and assures client compliance.
  • Works with the account director to foresee and identify new streams of work for existing clients/accounts.
  • Communicates client interests to the internal agency teams.
  • Develops strategic briefs in tandem with clients; ensures alignment and approval with internal and client teams.
  • Collaborates with the planning and communications departments to develop creative and/or communications (media, promotional, earned media) briefs and ensures alignment and approval with internal and client teams. (as applicable)
  • Leads client meetings.
  • Leads client status calls and presentations.
  • Sets up client meetings and provides accurate agendas and precise, actionable meeting notes.
  • Ensures documents and major assets are complete, current and appropriately stored
  • Sends billing to the client and monitors the occurrence of payments.
  • Effectively balances the dual expectations of client and agency.
  • Shares fiscal responsibility for the profitability of accounts managed with the account director and project manager.
  • Works with the agency team to provide strategic guidance, both internally and externally, based on sound research and analysis.
  • Collaborates with project and resource management to align all resources necessary within the agency to accomplish client objectives.
  • Recognizes and resolves conflict situations (internally and externally).
  • Drafts work orders and briefs to communicate direction to the internal team.
