Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker at Nav Logistics Inc. As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating freight shipments, building relationships with carriers and customers, negotiating rates, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Sales experience within a Freight Brokerage Environment
  • Customer Service skills
  • Dispatching and Account Management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry
  • Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred
