Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Communicate with sales team members as needed regarding account status

  • Locate and notify customers with delinquent accounts via email/ phone/ mail.
  • Provide overall collections support as necessary.


Requirements:

  • Superior communication skills.
  • Proficiency in excel is preferred.
  • Should be highly motivated and have a strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • ability to maintain professional demeanor at all times.
  • Affinity for detailed note taking and investigation/research.
  • Positive outlook/team member.
