Are you ready for a fun, fast-paced, high-energy position where you are compensated for your positive attitude & effort? Retirement Planners of America is seeking motivated and driven Inside Sales Associates. Qualified candidates will have experience in sales, prospecting and/or telemarketing. They must have a professional speaking voice and be comfortable making 150+ outbound sales calls per day. Must be highly motivated, organized, be able to work independently with a solid work ethic.
Total compensation includes a base salary plus bonus compensation. Available work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST with a potential of one Saturday per month.
Inside Sales Specialist: Contact and qualify leads by making outbound telephone calls with the goal of scheduling discovery calls for our Retirement Concierge Team.
Telemarketing Representative Job Duties:
· Schedules discovery calls with prospective clients by making outgoing calls and answering returning calls; operating telephone equipment, customer relationship management (CRM) system; and other telecommunications technologies.
· Influences prospective clients to schedule appointments by following prepared call flow.
· Document call activity via data entry into customer relationship management (CRM).
· Maintains database (CRM) by entering and verifying data (i.e., tasks, workflows, etc.)
· Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; and reporting needed changes.
· Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
· Maintains technical knowledge by completing internal training.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
