Head Customer Service Specialist

**Your responsibilities:**
* Provide quality service while completing a variety of customer transactions
* Utilize face-to-face opportunities to engage our customers in a friendly, positive manner while referring the Banks products and services
* Listen to customer needs and refer solutions for their banking needs.
* Process cash, check, and payment transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly, positive attitude.
* Responsible for the efficient, effective overall management of the Customer Service Specialist line and ensuring that the Banks established policies and procedures are followed.
* Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all daily Customer Service Specialist activities to include work schedules, lunches and balancing.

Required Skills
* Basic computing skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all customer (internal and external) matters.
* A strong leadership role must be proven.
* Show potential for further development and leadership opportunities.
* Strong product knowledge and consultative selling skills.
Required Experience
* An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, OR
* Prior success and achievement equal to 5 years of service in the business world in a leadership position.
* 1-2 years previous teller experience.
