Key Responsibilities

  • Forge and uphold strong, enduring client relationships by providing customized IT and telecommunications solutions and growth of the account.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Expand network within client enterprise by identify new stakeholders.
  • Responsible for consultative selling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Regularly engage with clients through meetings to guarantee satisfaction, resolve any concerns, and unearth avenues for expansion and enhancement.
  • Generate account status reports, highlighting progress, obstacles, and projections.
  • Required travel to client sites across Latin America to foster relationships and understand their business environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Must be proficient in both Spanish and English (oral and written).
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Account Management within consulting, system integrator, or professional IT services firms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and cultivate client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT services and solutions, with a strong capability to discuss these effectively with clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
