Title: Construction Project Administrator

Employment: 4-7 Month Contract

Location: San Diego/Dulzura (onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

Wage: $25-$28/hr

General contractor in need of a Project Administrator to support on the job site for 4-7 months. The this role supports and assist weekly with the Certified Payroll process.

Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the Superintendent and Project Managers
  • Restock office supplies
  • Manage office emails and phones
  • Coordinate with the sub contractors
  • Verify sub contractor insurance
  • Submit certified payroll information
  • Processes certified payroll weekly via lpc tracker

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recent construction administrative experience
  • 1 year of certified payroll experience
  • Systems: outlook, excel, word, adobe and lpc tracker
