Job Title: AGILE COACH

Location: Tampa, FL (On-site 3 days per week)

Duration: 6-12 months contract with possible extension


We’re seeking a dynamic and influential Agile Coach to drive a major agile transformation at GFT. In this high-impact position, you will guide our technical teams through a comprehensive multi-year agile modernization, collaborating with new agile delivery teams and a seasoned group of Agile Coaches. Your mission will be to build and implement effective industry practices and scalable processes for agile product delivery. You will coach our delivery teams, promote continuous improvement, and ensure transparent communication about transformation risks and progress. As a change agent, you will champion the agile mindset shift throughout the organization.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an agile coach, and 5+ years as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
  • 7+ years working within an agile culture, with deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile frameworks.
  • Proven track record of coaching multiple agile teams through a multi-year transformation.
  • Experience with large-scale agile transformations and frameworks such as SAFe.
  • Skilled in facilitating collaborative sessions, managing customer expectations, and aligning work with enterprise goals.
  • In-depth understanding of compliance requirements, particularly in a banking context.
  • Familiarity with technical enablers of agile delivery (e.g., CICD, DevSecOps) and agile tool suites (e.g., Atlassian, Agility Health Radar, MS Teams).
  • Experience with agile testing and technical engineering techniques (TDD, BDD) and DevSecOps tools.
  • Relevant certifications in Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Coaching.
