We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead our Residential Energy Efficiency Delivery team within the Customer Energy & Transportation Solutions department. About the Role:

As a Program Manager, you will oversee a range of low-cost energy efficiency solutions for residential customers, including LED lighting, energy-efficient showerheads, and power strips. You’ll manage multiple implementation channels such as in-store rebates, energy efficiency kits, and partnerships with local communities to support income-qualified customers via food banks and schools. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing our online store, where customers can purchase energy efficiency equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product Lifecycle Management: Drive product performance goals across various market and customer segments, focusing on P&L, customer acquisition/retention, and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Marketing: Implement comprehensive marketing strategies including pricing, sales channels, product launches, acquisition and retention campaigns, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with internal stakeholders and business partners to understand market issues, industry developments, and customer needs. Champion new technology recommendations and ensure accurate product content and pricing.
  • Customer Insight & Data Analysis: Utilize customer journey mapping, personas, segmentation, demographics, and other data to gain deep insights into customer needs and preferences.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendors contracted to deliver these programs, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.

Minimum Requirements:

  • College degree
  • Five years of experience in marketing, product management, or product development
  • Proven leadership and excellent communication skills
  • Two years of experience with regulatory requirements and conservation programs (Demand Side Management/Energy Efficiency)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce systems
  • Utility industry experience
  • Marketing experience for Demand Side Management/Energy Efficiency programs
