Position Summary

The Technology Marketing Manager will lead the website operations (Shopify Plus) and optimization of digital product catalog to provide the best customer experience, to drive KPIs and to meet business objectives. This role is critical in bridging the gap between marketing and technology, ensuring that all systems are optimized to deliver the best customer experience and support the marketing and ecommerce team's objectives.



Your Job and the necessary skills to succeed:

  • As a key contributor, you will lead and manage all aspects of Feetures.com through Shopify Plus (experience required).
  • Coordinate with international Feetures brand sites (on Shopify or Shopify Plus) to ensure consistency and update as needed.
  • Elevate the customer experience throughout the website purchase journey and deliver an ideal brand website experience on site using data driven a/b tests (through Intelligems) and analysis to enhance engagement, conversion, and revenue per session.
  • Responsible for analyzing online product performance, digital catalog management, optimization, and website merchandising, including building out landing pages, TikTok and Meta Shops, updating product recommendation quizzes, and more.
  • Manage and coordinate website and marketing technology, leveraging your expertise and contributing to our success.
  • Develop, execute, and deliver the brand’s website customer experience strategy, plans, and budget.
  • Identify and prioritize website platform enhancements. Collaborate with the e-commerce manager and information systems organizations and drive the implementation.
  • Ensure the completion and smooth implementation of projects and content online & across site builds
  • Support enhancements and content requests for B2C and B2B applications, including website optimization
  • Review technologies and explore new developments in the eCommerce landscape to find ways to be more effective.
  • Use data and web analytics to link and interpret metrics to desired performance, then communicate/present findings and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with the broader marketing team to hit essential brand, revenue, and campaign goals through website experience.
  • Support existing customer support applications (CRM/Customer Portal), including FAQs.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, web design or development, or digital marketing roles
  • 3+ years of experience using Shopify
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web development
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics, A/B Testing platforms, Adobe Marketing Cloud, or similar
  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies, including CRM, marketing automation tools, data analytics platforms, and CMS.
  • Desire to work hands-on in a performance based, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, including the ability to be highly organized to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and integrating technology systems
  • Analytical skills with the ability to work with data and derive actionable insights
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and experience ensuring compliance
  • Excellent communication skills to work across departments and with external partners
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues

Work Environment: This role works closely with the CMO, VP of Marketing, Ecommerce manager, and IT teams. We have a hybrid schedule with two days a week required in office.

Feetures offers 20 PTO days which are available to you on day-one of employment and are available to all employees, no matter your role. After working at Feetures for 5 years, your PTO days will increase to 25 days. These days can be used for vacations, appointments, and sick days.
