POSITION SUMMARY:
The client service lead will oversee and assist front desk staff in the performance of their duties:
- Trains front desk staff in the salon’s customer service policies, procedures and guidelines related to quality of service.
- Organizes and oversees the schedule and work of staff.
- Conducts meetings and coaching sessions as needed.
- Monitors calls and re-appointment correspondence from clients.
- Review daily reports for accuracy.
- Excellent management, supervisory, verbal and written communication.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to resolve client concerns and issues while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Ability to coach and mentor staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with CRM software.
- Client experience in beauty, fashion, banking, medical, dental front desk.
- Experience with collecting cash and credit payments.
