An ideal candidate for this position is someone who is highly organized and self-motivated. Candidate must have the ability to schedule a significant number of activities, trainings, meetings, and/or events; often gather, collate, and/or classify data; and consider a number of factors when making decisions. Flexibility is required to independently work with others in a wide variety of circumstances; analyze data utilizing defined as well as undefined and self-created processes; and operate job-required equipment using a variety of standardized methods. Ability is also required to work with a diverse set of individuals and/or groups; work with a variety of data; and utilize job-related equipment. Independent problem solving is required to analyze issues and create action plans. Problem solving with data frequently requires independent interpretati

ORKING ENVIRONMENTFrequent local travel and occasional out-of-town may be required for trainings, seminars, or workshops. This position will work in a shared office space and will be required to visit the school sites on a frequent basis. When out on school sites, the following physical demands may be requested: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling.
