Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Real Estate Paralegal at Madani Law Office, located in Chicago, IL. The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for assisting with real estate transactions, conducting title searches, preparing legal documents, analyzing contracts, and coordinating with clients and stakeholders. This role offers the flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Paralegal Studies or a related field
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Paralegal or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in legal research and document management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
