Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified real estate professionals
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability
Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
Previous experience as a recruiter, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and industry terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively use recruitment tools and platforms
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
