Our Sales Representative's are all W2 Based Employees of Lakeside Sales Partners, Inc. We offer Medical Benefits, 401K, Company Credit Card, and Gas Allowance.


Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Orthopedic Medical Device Sales Representative located in Northeastern, Pennsylvania. Successful candidates will be responsible for sales of implantable and disposable medical devices to hospitals and surgery centers. This will include building relationships with surgeons and hospital decision-makers by carrying a high level of knowledge about products and services.


Qualifications

  • Strong Medical Sales, Sales, and Operating Room knowledge and/or experience
  • Knowledge of Orthopedics and Medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customer base
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device sales or Sales
  • A strong work ethic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision








Experience selling to physicians or healthcare providers would be a plus.


This is a salary plus commission position. Our compensation plan offer's unlimited commissions.
