Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead and support our human resources team. This role is critical to our continued success, as you'll be managing a wide range of HR functions, from employee relations and talent management to HR systems and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Administer and optimize HR systems such as ADP, UltiPro, Kronos, SAP, and People Hub to ensure efficient processes and accurate data management.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Handle employee benefits administration, including open enrollment, benefits communication, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, and wage and hour laws.
  • Lead initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5+ years of experience as an multi-facet HR Generalist and/or management, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong technical skills with hands-on experience using HR systems such as ADP, UltiPro, Kronos, SAP, or People Hub.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with employee benefits administration and HR data analytics is a plus.
