About the Role:

As our Senior Marketing Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, orchestrating complex campaigns and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality marketing assets. This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, allowing you to shape our marketing operations while working with a collaborative and supportive team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead multifaceted marketing campaigns, managing everything from print and digital assets to out-of-home advertisements
  • Develop and refine project management processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness across the marketing department
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize projects and align marketing initiatives with organizational goals
  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning for both internal teams and external agencies
  • Drive continuous improvement in our marketing operations, implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth communication between marketing, creative teams, and stakeholders
  • Oversee project timelines, mitigate risks, and pivot strategies as needed in a fast-paced environment


What You'll Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach teams and build client relationships
  • Experience in process improvement and implementing efficiency-boosting initiatives
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Smartsheet
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $50/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
