  • 7-12 month contract
  • HYBRID in Charlotte, NC (3-4 days onsite)
  • $48.00-$53.00/hour on a w2 contract


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic annual marketing plans, translating program claims and features into benefits to maximize customer response rates and ROI.
  • Lead and organize multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet program goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Product Marketing Manager in the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies & initiatives.
  • Translate program goals into marketing goals to ensure annual market plans are executed as planned.
  • Track marketing costs, provide accounting for invoice payments, and handle requests related to marketing expenses.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize marketing strategies, messages, and channels.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Create marketing presentations showcasing developed assets and results.
  • Provide insight into internal and/or external challenges and/or regulatory issues.
  • Ensure all outbound marketing quality assurance procedures to protect customer data.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years related work experience
  • Marketing / Project Management experience
  • Event and promotional planning experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • 3+ years related work experience
  • Demonstrated application of marketing theories and principles
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Understanding of basic principles of project management
  • Experience in the utility industry
  • Customer specific experience
