Title: IT Operations Manager
Onsite 2-3 days per week in Downtown Los Angeles

Responsibilities:
The IT Operations Manager will oversee a team of 10 Engineers and Administrators tasked with managing Networking/Systems & Business Applications in a Microsoft environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to show an effective leadership approach, using 80-90% of their time to guide the team strategically and 10-20% offering hands-on support when necessary.
The role requires proficiency in working with Cisco Routers and Switches, Palo Alto Firewalls, and various SMB, NFS, DFS storage solutions like NetApp.
A comprehensive understanding of VOIP Telephony systems like RingCentral and MS Teams is also required.
The candidate must be experienced in managing iManage Work 10, Microsoft Exchange Online, Office 365, Power Platform, Fabric, Dynamics, and Azure Information Protection.
Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Azure and Entra ID, Windows operating systems and cloud collaboration technologies is essential.
Qualifications:
5+ years of managing IT operations in legal or professional services industry (Legal industry preferred).
Proficient in managing Microsoft Infrastructure.
Demonstrated expertise in leadership and team building.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a relevant field.
ITIL, PMP, or similar certification will be an added advantage.
