CareFirst Urgent Care is a walk-in clinic located in Cincinnati, OH, open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 7 days a week. We provide treatment for all non-life threatening illnesses, as well as services like physicals and pre-employment drug screens. Our goal is to serve as a comprehensive healthcare solution for our patients.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Director of Scheduling at CareFirst Urgent Care in Cincinnati, OH. The Director will oversee all clinical providers scheduling for all clinics. This would include making the schedule, following up with providers about their availability, and handling any call offs and changes to the schedule in the short term.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Project Management, and Team Leadership
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in scheduling operations or healthcare administration
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
